- Amazon & retail shelves where visual appeal = add-to-cart.

- Thickness: 0.08 mm – 0.18 mm
- Zip cycles: >1 000 (tested)
- Print: 8-colour flexo, 1 200 dpi, full-coverage flood or spot.
- Heat-seal: yes, above the zip for tamper-evidence.

- PVA (Poly-Vinyl Alcohol) – “The Green Warrior”
What it is
A biodegradable, water-soluble film that dissolves in 70 °C water or industrial compost.
Best for
- Detergent pods, agro-chemicals, dye stuffs—anything you want to drop straight into a tank or washer.
- Brands chasing ESG scores or single-use plastic bans.
Specs we run
- Thickness: 0.06 mm – 0.12 mm
- Dissolution: <90 s at 70 °C
- Zip: biodegradable mono-filament, same break-down rate.
- Print: water-based inks, no solvent.
Cost index
≈ 180 (higher resin price, but you save on disposal fees).
Eco note
Leaves only CO₂ and H₂O—no micro-plastics.
- LD (Low-Density Polyethylene) – “The Workhorse”
What it is
The familiar grey-on-white courier flyer or plain poly bag—tough, cheap, printable.
Best for
- E-commerce shipping, apparel returns, parts storage.
- Scenarios where clarity isn’t needed but tear-resistance is.
Specs we run
- Thickness: 55 μ & 65 μ (co-ex, grey inside)
- Permanent hot-melt tape: >3 kg shear force
- Print: 1-3 colour flexo, 100 line-screen.
- Custom sizes: 3×5 cm to 18×24 cm, MOQ 5 k.
