Acceptance of Terms By accessing hamzaplastics.com, requesting a quotation, or placing an order for any EVA, PVA, LD or courier product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Eligibility & Use of Website
You must be 18 years or older, or possess legal authorisation to conduct business-to-business transactions.
The site may be used only for lawful enquiries, quotations and order placement. Scraping, automated data-mining or reverse-engineering of our film specifications is prohibited.
Products, Specifications & Pricing
All technical data (gauges, seal-strength, VA %) are typical values; minor lot-to-lot variation is inherent in blown-film extrusion.
Measurements are expressed in metric units (cm, μ, g); imperial conversions are approximate.
Prices are quoted EXW Faisalabad unless stated otherwise and may change with resin index (PTA/MEG) fluctuations. Updated quotations supersede previous versions.
Order Process & Payment
A pro-forma invoice constitutes an offer; our written acceptance or shipment confirmation forms the contract.
Payment modes: bank transfer (PKR/USD), LC at sight, Wise, PayPro, PayPal (export only).
50 % advance for first-time buyers; balance on BL/AWB scan. Credit terms up to 30 days may be granted after three successful orders.
Tooling & Plate Costs
Custom-print jobs: flexo plate charge ₨ 9,800 per colour (one-time). Plates remain our property but are stored free for 2 years for repeat orders.
Custom zip profiles or tinted master-batch may incur a ₨ 25 k set-up; this is notified in advance and refundable against 100 k pcs reorder.
Shipping & Risk
Incoterms 2020 apply. Risk passes on first carrier pickup; title passes on full payment clearance.
We insure domestic freight automatically; export CIF/DDP quotes include marine cover.
Transit time estimates are商业上合理的 but not guaranteed—force-majeure events are borne by the party incurring them.
Quality & Inspection
Goods are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and tested to FDA 21 CFR §177.1350 (EVA) or ASTM D6400 (PVA).
Client may appoint SGS/Intertek at own cost; if inspection fails our spec, we bear survey charges and expedite replacement.
Claims for quantity or quality must be made within 7 days of receipt, supported by photos and original carton labels.
Return & Refund Policy
Stock (plain) items: returnable within 7 days if unused, unopened and in saleable cartons – 15 % restocking fee.
Custom-print or PVA items are non-returnable once produced.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment channel. Detailed rules are in the standalone Return Policy.
Clients warrant they own or license any artwork supplied; we may use anonymised photos of finished goods for marketing unless you opt-out in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any defective bag shall not exceed the invoice value of the disputed quantity.
We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, downstream recalls) arising from misuse or failure to follow storage conditions (<40 °C, RH <60 % for PVA).
Force Majeure Events beyond our control (resin shortage, energy curtailment, port congestion, floods, pandemics) extend lead-times proportionally; neither party may terminate for delay caused thereby.
User Accounts & Passwords You may create a buyer portal to download COA, repeat invoices and tracking. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and notifying us of any breach immediately.
Privacy & Data Personal/business data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which aligns with Pakistani PECA-2016 and EU GDPR standards for export clients.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be construed under the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute is first submitted to mediation at Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce; if unresolved, then to the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.
Amendments We may revise these Terms to reflect new resin grades, export regulations or website features. The “Last updated” date changes accordingly; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
