We extrude film to order; nevertheless, if goods arrive faulty or out-of-spec, the following must be met:
Product is unused, unconverted (not heat-sealed, printed or filled) and in original cartons.
Return request raised within 7 calendar days of delivery (international buyers 14 days).
A digital photo of the defect / wrong size emailed to returns@hamzaplastics.com within 24 h.
Valid proof of purchase (invoice no., BL, or order ref.).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed or Pantone-matched film once plates are approved.
PVA bags that have been exposed to moisture (>60 % RH) – they begin biodegradation.
Partial rolls / off-cuts cut to length.
Goods collected ex-works after QC sign-off at our dock.
3. How to Return

We issue a Return Authorisation (RA) and a QR-coded shipping label (for domestic).
Repack in original PE master-bag + outer carton to prevent transit scuffs.
Drop off at any TCS/Leopards counter using the RA barcode – tracking updates automatically.
4. Shipping Costs
Our error (wrong size, wrong film type, print mismatch) → we pay inbound & outbound freight.
Buyer error (ordered 5×7 instead of 7×9) → you pay inbound; we offer 15 % restocking fee credit.
Lost returns without tracking are not our liability – always use the prepaid label we generate.
5. Inspection & Refunds
QA inspects within 48 h of receipt; you receive a Pass/Fail photo report.
Approved: refund to original mode (bank transfer, Wise, PayPro) within 5 working days.
Partial approval (minor cosmetic): we offer 30 % discount or free remake of affected qty.
Rejected: goods recycled in-house; we send you the recycle certificate + reason code.
6. Exchanges (Faster Than Refund)
If you need immediate replacement, we:
Push the correct SKU to priority queue (24-h production).
Cross-dock via same courier on the way back – no extra freight for domestic.
Adjust any price difference; if new value is lower we refund delta instantly.
7. Quality Guarantee
Seal strength ≥ 8 N/15 mm (ASTM F88) or we remake.
Print registration ±0.2 mm or we re-print.
Gauge tolerance ±5 % – anything outside is auto-credited.
BPA-free, FDA 21 CFR §177.1350 compliant – certificate ships with every lot.
8. Customer Satisfaction Pledge
We are Sedex-audited; your experience is graded in the same matrix as our film: Clarity, Consistency, Lead-time. If we drop below AQL 1.5, you earn 5 000 free blanks on the next order.
