If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligibility &amp; Use of Website<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be 18 years or older, or possess legal authorisation to conduct business-to-business transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The site may be used only for lawful enquiries, quotations and order placement. Scraping, automated data-mining or reverse-engineering of our film specifications is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products, Specifications &amp; Pricing<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All technical data (gauges, seal-strength, VA %) are typical values; minor lot-to-lot variation is inherent in blown-film extrusion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measurements are expressed in metric units (cm, \u03bc, g); imperial conversions are approximate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices are quoted EXW Faisalabad unless stated otherwise and may change with resin index (PTA\/MEG) fluctuations. Updated quotations supersede previous versions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order Process &amp; Payment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A pro-forma invoice constitutes an offer; our written acceptance or shipment confirmation forms the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment modes: bank transfer (PKR\/USD), LC at sight, Wise, PayPro, PayPal (export only).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 % advance for first-time buyers; balance on BL\/AWB scan. Credit terms up to 30 days may be granted after three successful orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tooling &amp; Plate Costs<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom-print jobs: flexo plate charge \u20a8 9,800 per colour (one-time). Plates remain our property but are stored free for 2 years for repeat orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom zip profiles or tinted master-batch may incur a \u20a8 25 k set-up; this is notified in advance and refundable against 100 k pcs reorder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shipping &amp; Risk<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incoterms 2020 apply. Risk passes on first carrier pickup; title passes on full payment clearance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We insure domestic freight automatically; export CIF\/DDP quotes include marine cover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transit time estimates are\u5546\u4e1a\u4e0a\u5408\u7406\u7684 but not guaranteed\u2014force-majeure events are borne by the party incurring them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quality &amp; Inspection<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Goods are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and tested to FDA 21 CFR \u00a7177.1350 (EVA) or ASTM D6400 (PVA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client may appoint SGS\/Intertek at own cost; if inspection fails our spec, we bear survey charges and expedite replacement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims for quantity or quality must be made within 7 days of receipt, supported by photos and original carton labels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return &amp; Refund Policy<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stock (plain) items: returnable within 7 days if unused, unopened and in saleable cartons \u2013 15 % restocking fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-print or PVA items are non-returnable once produced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment channel. Detailed rules are in the standalone Return Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"9\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intellectual Property<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All CAD drawings, flexo plates, size matrices and website content are \u00a9 Hamza Plastics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clients warrant they own or license any artwork supplied; we may use anonymised photos of finished goods for marketing unless you opt-out in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"10\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Limitation of Liability<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our liability for any defective bag shall not exceed the invoice value of the disputed quantity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, downstream recalls) arising from misuse or failure to follow storage conditions (&lt;40 \u00b0C, RH &lt;60 % for PVA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"11\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Force Majeure<br>Events beyond our control (resin shortage, energy curtailment, port congestion, floods, pandemics) extend lead-times proportionally; neither party may terminate for delay caused thereby.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User Accounts &amp; Passwords<br>You may create a buyer portal to download COA, repeat invoices and tracking. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and notifying us of any breach immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Privacy &amp; Data<br>Personal\/business data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which aligns with Pakistani PECA-2016 and EU GDPR standards for export clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Governing Law &amp; Dispute Resolution<br>These Terms shall be construed under the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute is first submitted to <strong>mediation at Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce<\/strong>; if unresolved, then to the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amendments<br>We may revise these Terms to reflect new resin grades, export regulations or website features.
